Why should I use computerized calligraphy?
If you are a stickler for perfection, looking for a uniform typestyle, or would like calligraphy at an affordable price, we are a wonderful option. You can have your envelopes addressed in the same typestyle as your invitation wording. Everything will match perfectly, it will be less expensive than hand calligraphy, and you will have a much quicker turnaround.

Can you print in color?
Definitely! We offer color printing at a slight additional cost. We will match your desired color and can provide samples. We can also print in both gold and silver.

Can you print envelopes with a liner?
We can accommodate large envelopes as well as most lined or thick envelopes. Although it is rare, some extremely thick envelopes will not go through our printer or will cause smeared ink or dirty envelopes. If you are concerned, we recommend you send a sample for us to examine and try out on one of our state-of-the-art printers. We will give an honest answer and never over commit.

Can you print with two fonts on the same envelope?
Fontastic offers various formatting styles and we are certain you will find exactly the look you want. We will make recommendations and work with you until you are pleased with the design. Multiple fonts or multiple colors - we aren't satisfied until you are!

What if I have additional names and addresses after my order is shipped?
Not a problem! We recommend you have your complete list ready at the time of print, but we understand that your guest list may have last minute additions or corrections. There are no hidden charges if you email additional names, as Fontastic will hold back enough envelopes to accommodate these corrections.

What’s the turnaround time for envelope addressing?
Standard turnaround time is approximately 1 week but can vary depending on the time of year. Please let us know the date you prefer to have them returned, and we will make every attempt to complete them in your requested time frame. Rush orders can usually be accommodated, so feel free to inquire regarding our schedule.

Do I need to send extra envelopes?
We do everything in our power to prevent errors or damaged envelopes, but unfortunately our printers sometimes have minds of their own. Fontastic asks that you provide at least 10% extra envelopes to allow for any imperfections. We do not require the extra envelopes; however it's imperative you understand that mistakes do occasionally happen. Remember it is ALWAYS cheaper to purchase extra envelopes at the time you place your initial invitation order with the distributor. Any unused envelopes will definitely be returned to you.

Can I have my printer ship the envelopes/materials to you directly?
Yes, this is a great idea! Please give them the address below and ask them to reference you on the shipping label.

Can you help me with questions regarding envelope addressing etiquette?
Absolutely! Contact us and we will be more than happy to provide you with answers.

How do you ship my order?
We use UPS, Fedex and USPS to ship orders which can all provide tracking information. You are more than welcome to supply your account number with any of the above companies to us.  We work with clients all over the country and worldwide on a daily basis.

What about the privacy of my list?
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, market, or make available email addresses, contact information, or address lists of our visitors and customers to other companies.

What’s the minimum order?
There is no minimum order for any of our services.
